Our Bread

Bread orders are welcome at the bakery – please ring/text 07842 073888 or email baker@lovebread.org.uk. Due to the nature of our breadmaking, please order at least 48 hours in advance.

We sell bread from the bakery every morning between 10am and 12pm (except Weds and Sunday). However, please place an order if you have a specific requirement. In addition our local stockists include Ryecorn Wholefoods in Brighouse, Ravello Café and Deli in Mirfield, Woodhouse Londis, Huddersfield Veg Man and also the Food Assembly in Halifax.

Our range:

Daily loaves @400g include:

Yorkshire Overnight White Long fermentation, Yorkshire Organic Miller’s stoneground flour
Yorkshire Overnight Brown Long fermentation, Yorkshire Organic Miller’s stoneground wholemeal flour
Chilli, Cheese and Onion Soft white with onions, cheese on top – and chilli for a touch of heat
Sultana and Honey Soft white with the addition of sweet sultanas and honey
Olive Soft white with olives running through the loaf
100% Spelt and Honey Using 100% spelt flours (wholemeal and white) with a touch of honey

Beetroot Naturally coloured red from both the flesh and juice of fresh beetroot, available  October,  in the run up to Halloween
Cranberry and Orange One of our Christmas favourites, available in November and December each year


Sourdough loaves @500g or 1000g are available Tues/Fri/Sat.

Sourdough loaves are not just for Sourdough September, we offer them all year round. They are slowly risen for a minimum of 18 hours and available in both white and malthouse seeded.

Rolls (suitable for catering) available Mon – Fri

  • Buffet rolls – 65g small round (4 varieties) minimum order is 30
  • Deli rolls – 125g long, milk rolls (2 varieties) minimum order is 30
