September

Sunday 4 – We’re at Stirley Farm Food Festival. Carole will be demonstrating and discussing bread making, and will have some of our loaves available for sale.

Saturday 10 – We host our monthly knit and natter, in our social space in the bakery. Run by Elaine of BaaBaaBrighouse, it’s a friendly and welcoming small group of local knitters, and crocheters, and even some sewers have popped along.

Saturday 17 – Ravenscliffe Special School, Halifax are hosting a farmer’s market. We’ve got a stall and will be selling a range of breads.

Saturday 24 – the Maker’s Market at Black Dyke Mills in Queensbury returns, and we’ll be there again, selling our range of breads, from sourdoughs to our best selling cheese, chilli and onion bread.

Sunday 25 – It’s Holmfirth Food Festival. We have a stall selling our bread, come along to buy, and say hello.

Wednesdays throughout September – Order by Monday evening and then collect your bread order, via Food Assembly in Halifax, between 4 – 6pm at Food Assembly, Halifax

PS don’t forget our social space is open every Saturday morning 10 – 12. There’s coffee and tea available and some bread to toast. Why not pop in, with a friend (not obligatory!) and enjoy a coffee and some toast. All we ask is that you consider leaving a donation.
